Before I start there I have to finish all the small projects and client work I can. Pictured here is my lathe and newly designed espresso tampers I helped create with my old friend Kenny Nye, the founder of Ninth Street Espresso. This is a one piece stainless steel 58mm convex face tamper that weighs just over 16oz and is aimed at the professional barista.
